CV axles are responsible for transferring torque and power from the differential to the wheels in a vehicle with independent suspension. The CV axles allow for power transfer through flexible CV joints. These joints make it possible to have driven wheels with independent suspensions.

The factory CV axles were designed to handle factory power levels and typical driving scenarios. The availability of performance increasing parts, such as our M156 Supercharger system, as well as repeated trips to the drag strip and track push the factory axles beyond their intended limits. Our CV axles are built to withstand 1000hp, more than enough to repeatedly handle the roughest of drag and road racing events.
